If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase I invite You to review My policy on refunds and returns.

Goods or merchandise refers to the clothing offered for sale on this Sevice.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase clothing from Us.

**Your Return Rights**
You are entitled to Return Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. (Although your feedback is encouraged and appreciated.)
The deadline to Return an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received it.

We will Reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We Receive the Returned Goods. We will use the same means of Payment as You used for the Order (Store Credit can be issued at the buyers request). Goods Returned after 14 days but no more then 30 days You, the customer will be issued a store credit that can be used for one year, but not exceeding it, from the date in which the Goods were initially Returned.
I, fearlesslyWorn will not accept Returns of any Goods after a period of 30 days. Pretty simple right. You, the customer is Responsible for Paying initial Return Shipping Costs. We, FearlesslyWorn will Reimburse You of those Costs in the same method as your Return.
**Conditions for Returns**
In order for Your merchandise to be eligible for a Return, please make sure that,
**The Goods are undamaged and in the original packaging they were shipped in.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods is not suitable for return if it was made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods is not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons including but not limited to sweat, perfumes, dyes or other bodily contaminants.
The supply of Goods is not suitable for return if the original packaging has been damaged, lost or removed. (Pertaining to Never Worn Goods only.)
The supply of Goods is not suitable for return if it has been torn, stained. soiled or damaged in another capacity by You, the consumers negligence.
The supply of Goods is not suitable for return if the Goods have been altered in any capacity.
The supply of Goods is not suitable for return if the Goods show clear & present signs of wear & tear due to climate, exposure & enviromental factors. (Meaning the Goods have clearly been worn.)
I Reserve the Right to Refuse the Return of any merchandise that does not meet My Return Conditions and/or Requirements as stated above at my sole discretion.
**Returning Goods**
You are responsible for the cost and risk of Returning the Goods to Us.
Once your Return has been processed and accepted You will be reimbursed shipping costs in the same method and timely fashion as your Return.

We, fearlesslyWorn cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Insured and trackable mail services are available in most, if not all major cities. A Refund and/or Credit will not be issued without actually Receiving the Returned Goods or proof of Return delivery.
